Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site supervisor-MEP to join our high performing delivery team.

You will have a genuine passion for building projects and want to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This dynamic opportunity will be based on the Exchange TRX, Lendlease\'s largest integrated development in Asia.

The Senior site supervisor-MEP is responsible to co-ordinate the activities of all ACMV, Fire Prevention, Hydraulics, Electrical & ELV services and systems on the site to ensure that the project\'s objectives for cost, time, safety, quality and sustainability are achieved.

Work closely and coordinate with contractors and Package Managers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to meet the project program. Maintain responsibility for progress, report the construction progress and factors adversely affecting the progress to the Package Managers / Sr. MEP Manager and identify mitigations and/or propose solutions.

Carry out work in progress inspections progressively, understand and implement the hold points and witness points as set out in the specifications, drawings and Inspection Test Plans (INR\xe2\x80\x99s / ITP\xe2\x80\x99s) throughout every stage until the end of each sequence of work.

Coordinate and manage construction site planning and activities including the use of cranage, ordering/installation/delivery of plant or materials, site establishment, logistics and material handling.

Engage with Foremen and Sub-Contractors, to plan activities ahead and ensure work is achieved without hindrance, including assisting in execution of moderately complex construction activities.

Ensure project records are kept, accurately reported and maintained including but not limited to; Site diary, Safe Work Method Statements, EH&S plans, EH&S coordination meeting minutes, INR\xe2\x80\x99s, ITP\xe2\x80\x99s, site activities, site conditions and critical events.

Manage finalisation of Services Trades packages, including provision of As Built drawings, Test Records, Operation & Maintenance Manuals and provision of User/Operator training.

Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications or certification in construction or related discipline. May have experience and knowledge of construction industry, and environmental, health and safety procedures as they apply to site construction work. Knowledge on confine space, work at height and MEP background would be an advantage. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work in a team environment. Competencies include Interpersonal Ability, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
