Role Summary: Responsible for coordinate the activities related to the infrastructure (network, telecommunications, basic software, hardware, servers) and database, involving the definition, development and maintenance of procedures, as well as overseeing the study and implementation of new processes and techniques for the area.

Responsibilities:

On Windows:

• Experience in operating Virtualization technology (VMWare ESXI hosts/clusters, VSphere & VCenter)
• Experience in server deployment
• Experience in HCI environment (Nutanix, Prism & AHV)
• Knowledge of Citrix, MDM & Mail Archiving is a plus

On Storage:

• Developing, implementing and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure consistent storage provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance and data protection
• Configuration, support, and maintenance/management of enterprise storage, primarily on 3PAR, Nimble and MSA
• Capacity planning for all file systems.
• Monitoring and housekeeping.

Other duties include:

• Provide holistic solutions to improve business functions and ensure the availability, integrity and security of company data

• Resolve incident/task tickets and manage knowledge base articles in a timely manner

• Proactively monitor systems to ensure established SLA is met and anticipate growth and plan system upgrade opportunities

• Implement and deploy physical and/or virtual desktop environments for production, automation and other functional areas

• Coordinate with stakeholders for deployment and troubleshooting of end client solutions

• Ensures stakeholder satisfaction by resolving operational issues regarding area of expertise and assignments based on company policies and procedures

• Partner and collaborate with members of global IT to deploy technologies that support business requirements

• Lead cross functional teams to resolve issues and manage assigned projects from time to time

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
