Job description
In your new role you will:

• Protect IFX (employee / property) assets from wrongdoing or criminal activity
• Closely supervise subordinates and ensure that Securities tasks / functions are performed as directed
• Take precautionary measures against any threat or risk of the Securities and to apply mitigation measures
• Securely treat all Securities information without disclosing such information without the consent of the Security Ops Manager or HOD
• Support and directing the investigation of accidents, thefts, property loss and unlawful activities
• Hire and train security teams to be always in their top form at all times in conducting their duties and responsibilities
• Ensure all the entrance / access points are secured and facilities are properly controlled and monitored
• Directing and overseeing the implementation of all security programs for the purpose of providing protection and a sense of well-being to all employees visitors and vendors
• Monitor and ensure that all employees and individuals comply with all applicable IFX laws and regulations within the company premises
• Respond and carry out all the requirements of IFX Emergency Procedures

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Security / Business Administration / relevant field
• Preferably with Military/Army/Police force background
• Required at least 3 - 5 years of working experience in relevant field
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge in door access operation is an advantage.
