Job description
In your new role you will:
- Quality Engineer for the assigned product technology and process.
- Participate in transfer projects for technology qualification and drive technical projects.
- Moderate FMEA & make sure the risk assessment is completely assessed for new tool/ process release.
- Responsible for Deviation Management.
- Checker for procedures to ensure procedures are meeting the quality target.
- Lead problem solving in systematic way (Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 5 Why).
- Drive continuous quality improvement project.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree / Master / PhD in Electronics Engineering / Microelectronics /Physics / Material Science / Applied Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor technology / Wafer fabrication / Quality Engineering.
- Able to apply Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA. Strong analytical skill with systematic approaches.
- Willing to explore in depth on the technology & process assigned. Initiate continuous improvement project for any process weaknesses.
- Passionate about Quality system & loves to deliver the best.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words
- Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.
- Interested in interaction w/ all levels of employees internally or externally.
- Able to conduct project presentation confidently to Kulim and Europe counterpart.
