Job Description


In your new role you will: Good knowledge of analytical technologies, advancements and challenges. Support existing package/process technologies analytical needs. Ownership of low to medium sophisticated equipment in all aspects. Ensure prioritized tasks are executed according to agreed timeline. Identify problems or unfavourable deviations, recommend and execute/implement corrective/improvement actions which enhance the quality, reliability or cost effectiveness in the area of responsibility. Responsible for existing analytical equipment benchmark, existing analytical technology, optimization, capability & tooling of equipment. Adhere to proper A process systematics requirements eg: FA checklist. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Physics, Electronic/Electrical engineering, Chemistry or equivalent Analytical and problem solving skills. Minimum of 3-5years of relevant experience from semiconductor industry Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution seeking Knowledge in full FA flow (Electrical/Physical and Characterization) Knowledge in general and specific analytical tools operation Able to discuss and conclude the root cause from failure mechanism Knowledge in assembly and interconnect technology of electronic devices FMEA contribution from past experience of customer complaints and yield analysis Statistical data analysis knowledge Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
