In your new role you will: Support & coordinate the IT solution rollout / implementation. Support user requirements gathering and hand over to Service Provider as well as ensure delivery to User always with good quality. Involved in IT solution development using ABAP, testing and release as well as relevant documents preparation. Participate in Project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course. More than8 years of relevant experience with SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solutions & processes. At least2 years experience in 2nd & 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solutions & processes. Good knowledge of SAP IT WM module and processes. Experience in completing multiple projects from end to end, both as a team member and as a project manager. Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of ABAP would be an added advantage. Fast learner and self driven Self motivation Proactive.
