Job description
In your new role you will:

• Lead the Scrum process and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the team members on Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others.
• Involve in identifying and removing any impediments or roadblocks that may be hindering their progress.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Work with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall product vision and strategy.
• Continuously monitor and improve team performance, including metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and defect rates.
• Responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and leading initiatives to implement these improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team and the organization.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum/Agile Master or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to diplomatically resolve conflicts.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product owners.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Professional level of written and spoken English.
