Job Description

In your new role you will: Lead the Scrum process and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Coach and mentor the team members on Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others. Involve in identifying and removing any impediments or roadblocks that may be hindering their progress. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Work with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall product vision and strategy. Continuously monitor and improve team performance, including metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and defect rates. Responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and leading initiatives to implement these improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team and the organization. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course. Minimum 3 yearsof experience as a Scrum/Agile Master or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to diplomatically resolve conflicts. Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove impediments to team progress. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product owners. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
