Job description
In your new role you will :

• To work as a Maintenance personnel for Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)Metallization systems
• Capable to perform as leader/ Secondary tool owner
• Train and guide Junior technician
• Take responsibility for assigned tool stability and Quality
• Capable to solve problems arising during and after PM activities
• Perform trouble shooting and sustaining of tool stability
• Achieve high Uptime with minimal down time for tools
• Identify potential problem and perform preventive action to avoid wafer scrap and quality issues
• Must comply with standard 5S

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :

• Professionals / experienced (3 - 5 years of working experiences)
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics /Mechatronics /Microelectronics Engineering / Material Science / Physics or equivalent
• Must be able to work in 12 hours rotating shift (day /night /weekends / Public Holidays)
• Able to work and sustain 10 hours Fab Clean room time
• Candidate with experience in AMAT Endura, Novellus Altus, Trikon fxP/ Sigma 200, Evatech Clusterline, Evatech BAK or relevant wafer Fab equipment
• Knowledge in vacuum system
• Knowledge electromechanical systems
• Knowledge pneumatics system
• Prefer hands on & troubleshooting approach on machines
• Candidate must have experience in AMAT Endura, Novellus Altus, Trikon fxP/ Sigma 200, Evatech, Cluster line, Evatech BAK
• Good communication and written skill in English
• Candidate must be physically fit
• Able to carry heavy parts during Preventive maintenance (minimum 30 KG)
• Work independently
