Clarus are currently looking to add a Senior Subsea Integrity Engineer to their team based in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Subsea Integrity Engineer will be responsible for supporting subsea asset integrity management projects whilst working under supervision of experienced Integrity Engineers.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Development of design, fabrication, and installation engineering documentation
• Performing risk-based assessments including compilation of mitigation plans, inspection work scopes and procedures
• Support of inspection and monitoring activities covering planning, enactment, and reporting
• Gathering and analysis of field data including structural monitoring, corrosion, and subsea controls data
• Performing engineering technical studies in support of threat evaluations and integrity assessments
• Periodic offshore site visits to provide inspection oversight and field reporting
• Perform work in compliance with Clarus Quality, Health & Safety policy

• Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Subsea Engineering, Corrosion Engineering or similar is essential
• A minimum of 6 years\' experience working within an Offshore or Subsea Integrity Engineering role is essential
• Experience with MATLAB and Python software is advantageous
• Fluent in English, in both written and verbal forms with highly effective inter-personal skills supported by good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation as well as collaboratively within a team
• Creative and adaptable in the ability to manage new challenges
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, complex and fast-track priorities with a proactive and positive attitude
• Works closely with others to maximise team achievements and effectiveness through developing relationships and continuous sharing of knowledge and ideas
• Be a Resident or have Right to Work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
