About us The Global Outsourced Operations oversee day-to-day production activities at our contract manufacturers(CMs). This includes managing sustaining operations and production planning teams, standardizing operations with CMs, and driving consistent performance in CSER, sustainability, on-time delivery, efficiency, cost, and quality. About the role Responsible for Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Demand & Order Fulfilment, Supplier Management and Material Management. Provide short term and long term demand requirement to factories and supplier to ensure capacity and material secure. Review and provide supply plan commit to meet demand requirement. Identify and coordinate with Operation Team, Procurement Team and contract manufacturers to resolve all the capacity bottleneck and material supply risk issue to meet orders and demand requirement.. Work closely with Logistics team for shipments arrangement to contract manufacturers. Establish and monitor MRP/ERP system parameters for inventory management with objective of optimizing stock levels and strike a balance between withholding cost and order fulfillment. Drive continuous improvement projects with cross functional team across all areas in supply chain to increase efficiency/productivity and reduce operation cost. Work closely with contract manufacturers, Operation Team and Procurement Team to ensure materials are clear to build and contract manufacturers are able to execute the build volumes as planned. Working with Excess & Obsolete team to validate and analyse the exposure claims which submitted by contract manufacturers. About you Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management. At least 25 years of working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills with good command of written & spoken English. Lean Manufacturing Principles / Six Sigma Training. Cost Control Behaviors / Business acumen. Detail oriented, able to identify anomalies and errors in data and to capture trends to apply to planning model. Strong ability to move between tactical and strategic aspects of business. Proven ability to set direction, clearly articulate a strong point of view and influence others. Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of spreadsheets and databases. High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment. Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity. Able to assess a variety of information, draw similarities and compile actionable recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills & advanced Excel Skill level (experience MS Access knowledge).
