About us

We are looking to hire a Senior Supply Chain Executive who will be responsible for coordinating & facilitating the SKU team in EOP process and Supply Chain teams to ensure appropriate phase-out plans are in place in order to control/reduce material exposure.

About the role

Work independently with minimum direction from Manager.

Drive adherence to Claims SOP and implement appropriate governance and process improvement opportunities for area or function.

Responsible for providing subject matter advice through the delivery of data/process analysis, using advanced tools and techniques.

Record and analyze key KPI s and report out monthly on performance.

Review and analyze trends in Excess and Obsolete inventory at all Contract Manufacturers.

Work with all concern to maximize recovery value of Excess & Obsolete inventory.

Own and manage all processes contributing to excess inventory, including build plan analytics.

Identify and track opportunities to reduce negatively trending materials.

Standardize processes across all in network (CM & Suppliers).

Identify and lead process improvement efforts.

Work with others in the organization to develop inventory-related policies and procedures.

Document and communicate those policies and procedures to stakeholders.

About you

Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

At least 2~5 years of working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment

Excellent communication skills with good command of written & spoken English

Lean Manufacturing Principles / Six Sigma Training

Cost Control Behaviors / Business acumen

Detail oriented, able to identify anomalies and errors in data and to capture trends to apply to planning model.

Strong ability to move between tactical and strategic aspects of business

Proven ability to set direction, clearly articulate a strong point of view and influence others

Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment

Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity

Able to assess a variety of information, draw similarities and compile actionable recommendations

Strong interpersonal skills & advanced Excel Skill level (experience MS Access knowledge)

Experience with an advanced planning system such as Kinaxis and ERP system
