The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Summary:We are seeking a Senior Database Administrator that encompasses highly technical and supervisory responsibilities in Microsoft SQL Server database administration, including monitoring, maintaining, enhancing, conducting security management, data modelling, auditing, and supporting complex database systems and related functions. The successful candidate will not only possess strong technical skills in the areas of Microsoft SQL Server database management but will also be exceptionally "hands on" and able to effectively perform work independently as well as part of a team, that may often require collaboration with members of other IT units and business users.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Clustering, database mirroring, replication and log shipping configuring and troubleshoot issuesTroubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues.Blocking and deadlocking issuesPerformance tuning, query optimization, using performance monitor, SQLProfiler and other related monitoringDetect and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL server 2017/2019/2022 related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contentionBackups, restore, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commandsImplementing operational automationMicrosoft SQL database operational support.Solid acquaintance with windows server, security delegation, storage components.Configure and maintain dataset server and processes including monitoring of system health and performance.Performance tuning, query optimization, using performance monitor.Required Qualifications:Have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2017/2019/2022 Instances, Database administration and SQL Server components such as Database engine (SSDS), Integration Services(SSIS), Reporting Services(SSRS) and Analysis Services(SSAS) running on Windows Standalone and Cluster serversStrong understanding and/or working experience of Microsoft SQL Server installation, upgrade, database setup and implementation of SQL Server technologies such as SQLAlwaysOn, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, SQL Replication and Windows Standalone\\Clustering using Storage-level replication for High availability and Disaster recovery.Solid years of experience at least 5 years of manufacturing segment with SQL Server DBA Level 2 or 3 roleIntermediate experience in SQL Server Instance upgrade from SQL Server lower version to latest version and Database migration from one SQL Server to anotherStrong knowledge in utilizing SQL Server monitoring and troubleshooting\\performance tools such SQLCMD, SQL profiler, Database Import/Export, Database upgrade tool and SQL Server Management StudioExperience in addressing SQL database alerts/issues, capacity constraints and performance related items.Demonstrated ability in problem solving, identify tuning opportunities, implement improvement, and advise Production support\\developer teams on root cause/analysis, SQL tuning and permanent solution.Education and Experience required:

• Typically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
