Develop and implement strategies and initiatives for talent management to attract, develop, and retain top talent within Southeast Asia market.
Collaborate closely with country partners in workforce planning and staffing management, ensuring optimal staffing levels and creating recruitment plans when necessary.
Work with HR and business leaders to conduct talent assessments, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback systems, and career development planning.
Identify high-potential employees and design development plans to foster their growth.
Assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
At least 3 years of experience in talent management and acquisition, organizational development, or related roles
Strong knowledge of talent management and acquisition best practices, including full-cycle recruitment process
Profound understanding of Southeast Asia employment laws and regulations
