The School offers the Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Psychological Science and Business, Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours), Postgraduate Diploma in Biomedical Science, Master of Professional Counselling, Master of Biomedical Science and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs. Key Responsibilities Ensure the implementation of project. Provide professional services to internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and excellent manner. Support ongoing reform and innovation to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. Liaise with the data operations team to ensure the transfer of accurate data collected by field staff. Work closely with other Field Operation staff & Research Unit Staff to ensure that high quality data collection and community engagement standards are maintained. Ensure project documentation and procedures are prepared under general direction of the Senior Manager, SEACO. Manage the team closely to achieve project\'s main objective Any other tasks assigned. Key Selection Criteria Education / Qualifications The candidate will have: A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field and community-based research experience, or equivalent experience. extensive administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Knowledge And Skills Strong personal skills to build relationship with staff, community members and mentor data collectors. Proven ability to work independently under broad supervision, and lead project teams to achieve targets without compromising quality. Resourceful and possess strong organization and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects and allocate resources accordingly. Able to work under pressure and in a team environment. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia Desirable criteria Ability to learn new techniques and upgrade knowledge. Ability to lead and supervise other staff.
