- Assist Engineer in project Co-ordination.
- Plan and schedule the output of the repaired holder for AM and ad-hoc AM.
- Plan and schedule the daily work to the team.
- Plan and schedule for repairing of the holder tools like holder cage and etc.
- Direct, instruct and supervise the holder service task for disassemble, cleaning and assemble work.
- Ensure the holder spare parts availability in the store is sufficient.
- Ensure achieve daily output of holder base on engineer target.
- Check and ensure workplace are safe and properly manage.
- Report is being closed in daily basis and get reviewed by Engineer in weekly basis
- Identify and carry out improvement projects on existing holder processes to eliminate waste
- Guiding and developing new supervisors, technicians, and general workers to ensure work is done at the best quality and efficiency
