Responsibilities
To be responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls
To answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase
To assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system)
Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
Provide on the job training to new and existing staff
Prepare schedule for staff and ensure adequate staff on duty per shift
Any other adhoc jobs may be assigned from time to time
