Job Description

The

Senior Test & Development Engineer

will be responsible for the

design, development, and implementation

of next-generation testing frameworks and components. This role involves coding, hardware driver integration, and ensuring robust testing solutions to support transceiver module manufacturing and development.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test software for transceiver modules. Develop test frameworks using

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

principles. Design and implement test algorithms, instrument drivers, and validation methodologies. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of test methodologies. Integrate hardware and equipment drivers within the testing framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of test systems. Continuously improve testing efficiency, reliability, and automation performance. Provide technical support during product testing and debugging stages.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering

. Minimum

3 years of working experience

in a related engineering role; experience in a

multinational company (MNC)

is an added advantage. Proficient in

VB.NET

and

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

. Strong foundation in

Basic Electronics

and test methodologies. Hands-on experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and driver development. Able to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
