Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality video projects.
• In-depth knowledge of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Exceptional skills in video editing software and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
• Leadership experience in managing and leading a videography team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Possess own transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the latest video equipment and technology.

Tanggungjawab

1. Lead Video Production:

• Take a leadership role in planning, organizing, and executing video production projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ensure the highest quality in visual storytelling.

2. Advanced Editing:

• Utilize advanced skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished and professional videos.
• Mentor and guide junior videographers in enhancing their editing techniques.

3. Storyboarding and Conceptualization:

• Contribute to the development of video concepts, storyboards, and creative direction.
• Ensure that video content aligns with the overall brand messaging and marketing strategies.

4. Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into projects as appropriate.

5. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the videography team.
