About the role To succeed in the Senior Warehouse Executive role,you will need to have a strong background of managing warehouse operations and planning. Key responsibilities Act as focal point for 3PL activities, plan, communicate and coordinate day to day operations including Review and monitor inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures at 3PL Warehouses Review daily cycle count and to ensure 3PL execute the investigation to minimize variances and come up with an improvement plan. Responsible for inbound container planning from port to warehouse Analyse & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, write off, returned, adjustment and variance report besides preparing any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by Management. Monitor & review stock holding levels to ensure sufficient warehouse space and contingency plan if any additional space required To initiate, review and implement any procedures for effective warehouse operations Organize regular training to warehouse personnel related to system application/transaction, GWP, IPM, warehouse policy etc. Key personnel for new external warehouse system set up Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly warehouse KPI reports. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time Qualifications and skills Minimum 5 years of experience in system and process, 3PL Management and Inventory Management Strong working experience as a super user in the areas of SAP / WMS Must have advance EXCEL skill Excellent influencing and follow-up skills and demonstrates strong agility Highly organised, strong attention to detail and analytical in problem solving Knowledge of logistics processes is a requirement Has a positive approach, self-motivated, a team player and possess high level of integrity Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
