About the role

To succeed in the Senior Warehouse Executive role, you will need to have a strong background of managing warehouse operations and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as focal point for 3PL activities, plan, communicate and coordinate day to day operations including

• Review and monitor inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures at 3PL Warehouses
• Review daily cycle count and to ensure 3PL execute the investigation to minimize variances and come up with an improvement plan.
• Responsible for inbound container planning from port to warehouse
• Analyse & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, write off, returned, adjustment and variance report besides preparing any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by Management.
• Monitor & review stock holding levels to ensure sufficient warehouse space and contingency plan if any additional space required
• To initiate, review and implement any procedures for effective warehouse operations
• Organize regular training to warehouse personnel related to system application/transaction, GWP, IPM, warehouse policy etc.
• Key personnel for new external warehouse system set up
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly warehouse KPI reports.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system and process, 3PL Management and Inventory Management
• Strong working experience as a super user in the areas of SAP / WMS
• Must have advance EXCEL skill
• Excellent influencing and follow-up skills and demonstrates strong agility
• Highly organised, strong attention to detail and analytical in problem solving
• Knowledge of logistics processes is a requirement
• Has a positive approach, self-motivated, a team player and possess high level of integrity
