About the role

As the Senior Warehouse Executive reporting to the Warehouse Manager at Kerry Pasir Gudang, your primary responsibility will be managing warehouse operations and inventory management. Your role requires adherence to internal controls and best practices

Key responsibilities

• Supply products with correct expiry and quantity. Blocked stocks are properly manage to avoid in accuracy in SAP system. Goods are routinely inspected and recorded.
• GWP and Food Safety compliance in terms of storage condition, warehouse facilities - racks, walls, pallets, pest controls.
• Manages speedy returns, isolates stocks for salvaging, speedy dispatches to customers and speedy disposal of non-salvageable product. Disposal method compliance with principle\'s requirement.
• Deliveries to customers are correctly and timely dispatch.
• Meeting KPI target on Inventory Record Accuracy. No loss in value beyond agreed target.
• Stock-in-transit and import arrivals are tracked to ensure deliveries are received safely.
• Overtime cost are managed within budget and compliance to labour law.
• Warehouse fixed cost are managed within budget.
• Forklift are properly taken care of, avoidance of cost on mishandling.
• Maintain good morale of warehouse team, good working discipline and good attendance.
• Ensure competency of warehouse team, compiles competency matrix and assess gaps for training.
• Conducts training and re-training to close the gaps.
• Drive Safety Initiatives, warehouse team and visitors ( mainly truck drivers ) complies and respect our safety rules.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in business management, supply chain or related field of study
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations
• Strong familiarity with ERP (Eg. SAP) usage for warehouse management activities
• Excellent influencing and follow-up skills and demonstrates strong agility
• Must have excellent operations skill
• Highly organised, strong attention to detail and analytical in problem solving
• Knowledge of logistics processes is a requirement
• Has a positive approach, self-motivated, a team player and possess high level of integrity.
