RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily warehouse operations.
To ensure stocks are updated daily, maintain and control transaction.
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Monitor, update daily schedules/delivery and write report status on daily basis.
Supervise loading/unloading, tally, verify and packing goods for delivery, assist by WH team.
Arrange stock transfer for related branch/retail/exhibition.
Carry out stock take and replenishment.
Submit stock report and updating to the management on weekly basis.
Establishes, follows and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
Handle and in-charge all stocks and inventory related matters and ad-hoc management task.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experienced in warehousing (Allocation & Replenishment) process
Excellent in documentation and housekeeping
Able to work independently.
Creative thinking
Cost and sustainable planning
Knowledge of transportation \xe2\x80\x93 planning and monitoring.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any related field
3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales order processing warehouse/transportation
Knowledge in logistics will be an added advantage
