Senior/Executive Clerk of Work 03

Requirement



Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of

high rise residential project

experience is a MUST. Able to work during weekends, whenever the need arises and during under-pressure situations with time constrains. Knowledge and experience in QA/QC procedures Able to lead and liaise with consultants, contractors and site workers.



To implement all policies, activities, procedures and standard of work in accordance to Quality Management System, safety, health and governmental regulatory. To ensure consistently high standard of quality control and inspection with regard to Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). To inspect the work as it progresses to confirm it is on specification and per drawing. To make sure all material are available and delivered on time and in accordance to specification. To conduct pre-handling over inspection of the particular project with the contractor to identify any defective or left out item to be completed before the CPC inspection by the SO. To attend site meetings, NSC meeting and Site safety meetings and update info in regard the works. To have full knowledge of all site activities at all times and aware of what should be progressing over the next few days and weeks.
