to join our Proton Labuan after-sales team. The Service Admin plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, managing repair orders efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in understanding their service and repair needs.
Prepare accurate job cards and service quotations using the Proton SAP system.
Explain service recommendations, repair costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service completion.
Update customers on vehicle repair status and obtain approval for any additional work.
Conduct vehicle delivery and review completed repairs with the customer.
Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with Proton service standards.
Maintain proper records of service appointments, invoices, and customer feedback.
Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and workshop efficiency KPIs.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about cars and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Must posses Driving License
