Responsibilities

:

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock effectively. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Analyze sales reports and financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement. Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation and banking tasks.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, including setting work schedules and delegating tasks. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance. Resolve employee issues and manage conflicts as they arise.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and addressing customer complaints. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and make improvements based on insights.

Marketing and Sales:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales. Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and events.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain store standards. Manage loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and staffing. Use data analysis to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Several years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successful store administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office.

Days/Hours Needed:

Public Holidays: Double Paid Compulsory Working Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Working Schedule: 5.5 working days (Shift by Rotation) Day Off: Choose one day off from Monday to Thursday

Salary & Benefits:
