Job Description



Support company leadership and supervise administrative department activities.

Handle general office tasks

, including filing, mail delivery, answering emails and calls, and data entry.

Coordinate schedules and manage calendars

to avoid conflicts.

Maintain and update client records

accurately. Perform administrative tasks such as issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, policies, submitting daily collections, managing commissions, and processing policy cancellations. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent; degree in

Business Administration

or related field preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in administrative

services or related fields.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to multitask efficiently. Professional appearance and courteous, friendly phone manner. Willing to work in

Sungai Long, Kajang.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
