Job description:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team as the key link between our customers and Technicians.
Attend to the customers, understand their vehicle concerns, issue repair orders and recommend suitable solutions.
To ensure a smooth, professional service experience by effectively communicating customer's needs to the service team.
Submit accurate technical reports and warranty claims promptly, in line with approved guidelines.
Ensure vehicles are completed within the promised timeframe and strive to exceed customer expectations in service quality.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding service status, schedule appointments and manage vehicle drop-off and collection.
Educate customers on warranty coverage and cost-effective service options.
Coordinate and manage the service workflow and daily schedule in the workshop.
Inform customers of any changes to service status or updated pick-up times.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
