Vebo Auto Service Sdn Bhd is a premium independent automotive service and repair center based in Cyberjaya, Selangor. We specialises in BMW and Mini car models. In view of strong customer demand and future expansion, we're looking to hire qualified service advisors to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET)

- MINIMUM 2 YEARS of automotive experience either as a mechanic or service advisor.
- Honest, responsible and friendly personality.
- Able to converse and write in English and Malay. Ability to read and speak in Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Able to learn and work in a fast pace environment.
- Knowledge in using computer(Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Etc).
- Relevant automotive diploma or certificate.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya or a future location within KL and Selangor.

- Malaysian Citizen Only
- Punctual and is able to commit to the following working time:

Working time:
Mon - Friday : 9AM - 6PM (Friday Prayers Break from 12.30PM - 2.30PM)
Saturday : 9AM - 5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
Our service advisors are expected to carry out the following duties:
- Attend to customers and record customer's request and service information
- Provide professional advice on vehicle maintenance
- Spare Parts For Job - including ordering, parts preparation and parts distribution
- Data entry into computer system.
- Manage customer enquiries (phone, whatsapp, social media, company app)
- Produce accurate quotation
