Requirements - Minimum education SPM - Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Good social skills - Good communication and liaison - Able to work under pressure - Have knowledge in automotive is an added advantage Responsibility - Serve and attend to customers - Achieve customer satisfaction index & target - Explain to customers about their vehicle issues - Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/superior
