Position Title Service Advisor - Senior

\xe3\x83\xbbAttend to customers\' request for bookings, enquiries and complaints through various channels, in a timely manner.

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate with customer to establish the service or repair need for their vehicles and translate these job requirements into comprehensive quotations for their agreement.

\xe3\x83\xbbBuild sustainable relationship and trust with the customers and really committing to increase customers\' engagement level.

\xe3\x83\xbbFollow-up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.

\xe3\x83\xbbProvide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle customers\' requirements and complaints

\xe3\x83\xbbCapture customers\' feedback on the service levels, and present findings for Management\'s review

\xe3\x83\xbbAssist the Service Manager in evaluating and improving the current practices and processes

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Candidate must possess at least Diploma in automotive mechanical, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.

\xe2\x9c\x93At least 2 Year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xe2\x9c\x93Required Skill(s): persuading, negotiation, explanation, confident, fast leaner, hardworking, presentable, trusted, approaches, customer services, sales, marketing, strategic, critical mind, excellent relationship with customer.

\xe2\x9c\x93Willing to learn.
