Service Advisor
Job Description
Attend to customers' vehicle that coming into workshop for repair; issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solution.
Distribute Repair Order to mechanic to perform the repair; consistently monitor and follow-up on the work progress to ensure completion on schedule.
Ensure prompt submission of well documented technical reports and warranty claims within approved guidelines.
Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed customers' expectation in service delivery quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
