Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with GWM procedures. Manage customer service appointments registration. Promote service and parts sales. Issue invoice and collect payment from customer for service rendered. Coordinate with Job Controller/Technician on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly. Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure serve with high customer satisfaction. Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
