Schedules service appointments.
Greeting customers and working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, provide technical explanation and proceed with service work.
Issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare estimation cost of repair works and explain to customers regarding the work done and cost of repair.
Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts, provided by the technicians. To prepare quotation to customers.
To liaise with part controller.
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Working Day:
Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5pm)
Requirement:
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills and able to interact with customers, mechanics and all levels in the organization.
Self initiative at work, attention to detail, responsible, hardworking and responsive.
Eager to delve into the intricacies of automotive systems and technologies.
