? Attend to customers' queries, provide explanation & advice and manage customers' needs and expectation, interpreting and relaying customers concerns and comments to the workshop team.
? Manage customer service appointments and prepare estimation cost on repair work quotation, obtain customer's approval on work to be done.
? Promote service and parts sales.
? Ensure the customers are consulted and agreed to any additional services to be performed.
? Communicated estimate completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer's vehicle.
? Coordinate with technicians on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
? Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contact customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges begin billed.
? Ensure that the customers are comfortable and delighted throughout their experience while their vehicles are being serviced.
? Ensure all jobs are completely closed by following through with the documentation's and collection of payment.
? Create and update customer data in the system.
? To response with customer-oriented to complaints.
? To make a priority treatment for complaint cases with regard to deadline and capacity planning.
? To follow-up actively after work has been completed.
? Maintaining customer relation and ensure satisfactory service.
? Maintain internal relationship across departments.
? Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Automotive Engineering or any technical discipline.
? Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive environment/ service center or related field required for this position.
? Strong communication skills including good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
? Able to converse in any of the Mandarin dialects would be an advantage.
? Excellent team work and a pleasant personality, professional and performance oriented.
? Strong customer service mentality.
? Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
? Self-motivated with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
? Proactive, Flexible and multi-tasking responsibilities.
? Working experience as technicians in the automotive industry or in dealer (After Sales) will be an added advantage.
? Computer literate.
? Applicants must be willing to work in Juru (Bukit Mertajam).
