To coordinate and oversee engineer schedule for installation, service and repair.
To Compile Service report and email/courier to customer after job done.
To maintain, follow-up and updating Service Planner / Calendar / Summary / Job status.
To generate weekly reports and to assist management team in reaching their goals.
To maintain database, monitor the contract preventive maintenance services due date and follow up with customer.
To manage daily priorities such as incoming enquiries via phone or email.
To prepare quotations and supporting documents for submission.
To perform various ad hoc duties and provide administrative support/ Service Manager as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree Business Administration, Science, Engineering or related qualifications.
At least 1 year experience in customer and sales support will be beneficial
Customer oriented and a team player
Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Entry level are welcomed to apply, as training will be provided

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
