RM1,900 - RM2,600
Job Scope:
Handle
inbound calls only
from customers
Assist customers with inquiries, information & basic support
Record and update customer details in the system
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Good communication skills
Comfortable answering calls and assisting customers
Willing to work on rotation shifts
Able to start in December is an advantage
No experience needed -- training provided
