Service Crew Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address inquiries or concerns.

Order Taking:

Accurately record customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled correctly.

Cash Handling:

Process payments, make change, and maintain accurate cash registers.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Keep the work area clean and tidy, including tables, counters, and other surfaces.

Food Safety:

Follow food safety guidelines and procedures.

Stock Management:

Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirement



1-2 years

of work experience in kitchen or F&B operations. Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards. Good communication skills Able to lift heavy items. Willing to work shifts, weekend and public holiday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
