• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, especially in full service restaurants.
• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, is a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or other items weighing up to 20 kgs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards, including proper food handling procedures.

You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to with the utmost care and professionalism.JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Meet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards.
• Anticipate guests\' needs and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring adequate stock of dining supplies.
• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold restaurant standards.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with tact and professionalism, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
