Job Description

Attending to customers for any enquiry, purchase, or payment. Sweeping/mopping the floor inside/outside shop and forecourt area. Display/arrange goods in the convenience store. Cleaning/dusting the display shelves & goods. To place up products price tagging. To thaw and bake pastry for Deli2go. To display/arrange pastry for sales inside warmer. To clean/tidy up Deli2go area as and when needed. To attend all training as requested by the company and Shell Malaysia. Actively participate in FB page of all retail stations (Like & Share). Maintaining good customer service. Stock takes on cigarettes and others good. Helping customers to fuel their vehicles with petrol or diesel to the requested level. Manage/collect cash and card transaction in forecourt at the pump (attendant tagging). Ensuring the store is clean, well-lit, and maintained both inside and out. Clearing of trash as and when needed. Accept cash, eWallet and card payments for fuels and other goods. Manage fuels and stock deliveries (dry & wet stock). Welcoming Customers, Offer and Upsell latest promotions whilst delivering excellent customer service in line with Shell's standards. To adhere to Shell HSSE procedures and ensure personal safety are observed. To ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of all assignments allocated. Maintaining a clean and orderly station. This includes servicing and cleaning the public restrooms, surau, store, cashier room, staff room, the main entrance, windows, and counter tops. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors, and organising shelves. To be neat, clean & tidy and of smart appearance. Shall be attired in Shell uniform and to adorn appropriate PPE where required.
