Job Description
- Proven experience as a Senior Crews, Trainees in a restaurant or F & B outlets
- Excellent customer service skills to all patrons
- Strong communications skills
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Culinary School Diploma Preferred
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for an immediate starter
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Knowledge in Spoken & Written Mandarin preferred.
- Assist with day to day operations in restaurant environment
- Competent to overseeing all customers ordering request
- Serve Customers In Most Delightful & Well Manner Service
- Able to Multi Task in overall Front Desk & Backend Kitchen environment
- Oversee the wait and hosting staff and the kitchen staff.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant area
