Position: Service Delivery Analyst

Working Location: Level 15, Menara Citibank, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (can be renewable)

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary: Basic up to MYR5200 + statutory contribution + leave entitlement (Based on qualifications + Experiences)

The Service Delivery analyst provides service delivery management to ensure CTI services provided to business are fulfilled as expected and ensures all the company requirements are met including but not limited to risk and control, third-party management and financial perspective.

Job Background/context:

This Service Delivery role provides Service Delivery management to various CTI core functions within Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with various CTI team to prepare CTI KPIs presentation deck and attend service review meeting with businesses.

2. Keep track and work with respective CTI record owners to perform records maintenance for CTI Malaysia according to company record management standards and procedures.

3. Work with CTI vendors to monitor the SLAs and provide management reporting.

4. Coordinate with vendors, sourcing team and CTI contract owners for contract creation, renewal, and termination.

5. Assist CTI Risk Manager to coordinate with respective CTI units to collect, consolidate, review control assessment evident for monthly and quarterly submission.

6. Track and coordinate with CTI operational teams and regional ISO team to update and review process control manual according to the company and ISO standards.

7. Work with regional CTI support team to obtain monthly, quarterly, and yearly KRIs for submission to O&T Risk and control team for regulatory reporting.

8. Support CTI Risk Manager to conduct third party management oversight and monitoring, such as on-going monitoring task, SLA monitoring and control assessment submission.

9. Support CTI Risk Manager to complete cross border and outsourcing review of any new global / regional CTI initiative that impact Malaysia.

10. Provide financial management support to the team

Knowledge/Experience:

• Productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Can work independently to complete tasks assigned from supervisor.

• Good coordination skill and able to coordinate between various teams to deliver expectations.
