Set up and implementation of IT infrastructure services and adhere to IT security policies.
Vendor management to ensure smooth delivery of projects including renewal/termination of contracts.
Provides customer support as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, services and configuration of complex IT systems and equipment.
Drive development and maintenance of servers, services, solutions and standards.
Ensure the network, data centre and security infrastructure adhere to and complies with the organization\'s policies, procedures and standards.
Manage/support AS400, Wintel, network and security projects as well as supporting other infrastructure projects.
Follow up on requests, deployments & incidents/issues and ensure proper timely closure.
Keep track of IT assets including licenses, data centres and others IT infrastructure.
Participate in system integration and user acceptance tests, compile and update documentation/diagrams to any changes to the system.
Stand by and provide off-site support on critical problems and advisory services for customers.
Job Requirements:
Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Advance Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Valid professional qualifications will be added advantage.
Preferred at least 2 years of working experience with demonstrated competency in providing networking and system administration support.
Strong Knowledge of VMWare, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 servers and roles.
Experience in managing Active Directory, Fileserver, MS Exchange 2013/2016, Citrix solutions, and backup/replication solutions.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and keep up to date in the IT industry.
Initiative, independent, mature and able to meet tight deadlines in a challenging environment.
Multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
The ability to start work immediately is an added advantage.
