As a Service Delivery Manager, you are the bridge between the customer and the service provider. You play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by building positive relationships, meeting service delivery expectations, and providing effective leadership. By continuously seeking improvement opportunities, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and promoting customer success for contract renewals, you help drive business growth and success for both the customer and the service provider.

\xe2\x96\xa0 You have operational responsibility for customers in the Managed Cloud or AMS environment.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is a priority for you, including de-escalation management.

\xe2\x96\xa0 You are in continuous exchange with our customers, building customer relationships and being a link between the delivery units and the customer.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Your responsibilities include compliance with agreed contract contents and SLAs of your customers.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Together with Sales, you are responsible for the strategic and innovative further development of your customers.

\xe2\x96\xa0 You are responsible for risk management and the profitability of your assigned customers.
