Review and write reports on difficult instances, then present them as necessary.
Prepare a presentation deck for meetings about service performance.
Hold regular meetings to examine the performance of the service.
Participate in troubleshooting sessions for escalated situations to improve communication and reporting.
Create and carry out a preventative maintenance exercise for essential clients. With the help of the engineers, create the presentation deck and the preventive maintenance reports.
Create relationships between clients and principals, and give solutions.
Job Requirements:
A candidate with a technical diploma or university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of expertise in IT networking and cyber security.
Effective writing and vocal communication abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and operate under tight deadlines; practical time management skills.
A team member with superior analytical abilities and a positive approach at work.
Required Skills
Excellent writing abilities for technical documents.
A solid grasp of technical issues and the ability to recognize dangers.
Proven project management or customer service abilities.
