Roles & Responsibilities

Report and summarize regional Service Delivery Ops Specialist activities (audience: regional Pinterest leadership, regional leadership) and own QBR

  • Provide weekly roll-up updates program / initiative progress and program management
  • Prepare and present information to review team progress and impact in QBRs
  • Conduct reviews on programs / initiatives regularly to ensure sellers are adhering to
Drive consistency in sales processes
  • Ensure that sales processes are executed consistently with global processes
  • Drive consistency in seller processes, tool usage and program adherence
  • Update documentation (SOPs, op models, frameworks, process docs, etc.) as needed and communicate changes to necessary stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Identify areas where process can be improved and share this with Pinterest Regional Service Delivery Ops Specialist to collaborate on design and build of solutions
Implement regional functional strategic initiatives
  • Work with Sales Managers, Regional Pinterest PgMs and Pinterest Sales Managers to implement functional initiatives that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
  • Project manage the end-to-end deployment of programs / initiatives by building the plan and timelines, aligning stakeholders, owning change management, etc.
Regional insights management
  • Proactively conduct analysis to understand areas to improve seller efficiency /productivity and surface potential solutions / project ideas to PINS program manager
  • Gather anecdotal data and driven-driven feedback from Sales reps to surface process or
Technical support
  • Ensure all reps have the proper integrations set up before onboarding training ends
  • Run quarterly audits on all tools to see if reps have their setup correct (e.g. calendar getting disconnected from Outreach/Gong, calls not being recorded etc)
  • Act as first point for troubleshooting by managing local Zendesk tickets
  • Document FAQs / update guides
  • Communicate insights and coaching opportunities to managers.
  • Ensure proper adoption and usage of tools by surfacing training opportunities to the L&D team and sales managers
Content Creation and Management
  • Responsible for implementing content in the appropriate tool (Outreach, Pardot) related to regional initiatives and sales motions
  • Run content committee meetings
  • Ensure content is created in a timely manner for quarterly sales motions, review contenttool improvements to PINS program manager
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years experience in business / customer operations, technical project management, or program management (specifically within SMB and advertising preferred)
  • Strong project management skills as they will be responsible for ensuring the development, execution and reporting of multiple programs happening simultaneously within their region
  • Strong technical skills and preferred experience in any of the following: Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, Calendly, Medallia
  • Leadership skills as they will lead the execution of operational processes, systems and workflows across multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical skills as they will be responsible for pulling data in various tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and Tableau to report on seller productivity and adherence to
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills as they will be responsible for writing high quality content that will go out to external clients
  • English level: This person should be able to operate using tools in English, attend training sessions in English, read and understand business requirement documents and respond to communications (email, Slack, Google Docs, etc.) in English in an elevated professional manner.
