In your new role you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Answer general questions and capture required information
- Be responsible for feeding the internal knowledge base
- Contribute to the creation, updating and requesting of new response template Qualification
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree of Management/ Human Resources/ Language
- Strong initiatives in taking responsibility and provide quality service
- Fluent Mandarin language skills
- Proficient in English language
