Position : Service Desk Agent (Korean Speaker) Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to 1700) Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance) Requirements 1. High school or technical school diploma required 3. Fluency and Literacy in English & Korean required (speak, read & type). 4. Willingness to follow Korean working hours and public holiday Overall Responsibility Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware & software problems, account setup and network configuration Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they\'ve solved a technical issue. You will use email, text and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
