Service Desk agent - Japanese local speaker
9 hours per days
5days per week including PH and weekends.
Earliest working time - 5am
Latest working time - 10pm
Shift changes monthly between team.
Support for Japan & Europe retails stores (hardware and software devices in a store)
Requirements JLPT N1, N2 or completed higher education in Japan University
Able to join before 4th March 2024
Work Location/Project = Office / WFH (Hybrid) H&M
Schedule (Shift/Non-shift) = Shift (5am -10pm) rotation and 2 days off. 5days per week including PH and weekends. Work on PH. Follow MY PH.
Retail support.
IT Knowledge or SD experience added advantage.
