What you will do
The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project/service team of HVAC driving new projects or maintaining customer's facilities. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
How you will do it
- Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
- Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.
- Handle project administration.
Required
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 10 years' relevant experience.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills.
- Good problem-solving techniques, organizing and planning ability.
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese.
- Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site in various locations.
